An executive mindset, early in the career.
I'm building a career at the intersection of business strategy, HR and analytics. My work is guided by curiosity, discipline and a strong preference for evidence over opinion.

Biography
Sachin Kumar Bhargaw
I'm an MBA candidate specialising in Human Resource Management and Marketing, with a strong tilt toward business analytics and applied research. My work sits where structured thinking meets people and numbers — where the point of a dashboard is a better decision, and the point of a survey is a truer picture.
Across internships, research, and academic projects, I've had the chance to help organisations think more clearly about attrition, recruiting, brand perception, and go-to-market decisions.
Career objective
To join a serious organisation as a business or people analyst — somewhere I can pair rigorous analysis with real business context, learn from senior operators, and grow into a strategic HR or marketing leadership role over the next decade.
Professional values
- Evidence over opinion
- Clarity over cleverness
- Ownership without ego
- Long-view thinking
What I bring to the table.
Sharp problem framing
I collapse fuzzy asks into a single, measurable question — the one worth answering.
Analytical rigour
Comfortable across SQL, Python and BI tools, but grounded in first-principles thinking.
People-first HR lens
HR is where strategy meets human reality. I take both sides seriously.
Executive communication
I translate complexity for leadership without dumbing anything down.
